Scope includes:
- Development and revision of all Practice Standards, covering investigations, placement, foster care, safety planning, and casework
- Creation of forms, tools, templates, and guides to support consistent and compliant frontline practice
- Specialized standards including Placement Priorities, Regular Foster Homes, Tuqłuraqtuq (Kinship) Services, Provisional Care, Critical Incidents, Case Management, and Legal Process Standards
System-Wide File Audit
A territory-wide review of Family Wellness files, including:

Comprehensive regional analyses with actionable recommendations
Change Management & Organizational Transformation
Supporting the modernization of Nunavut's Family Wellness Division through a structured change management approach:

Building Nunavut's full Licensing Framework for in-territory children and youth out-of-home care:

Foster Care Audit & Modernization
Enhancing foster care quality and compliance across Nunavut:

Development of a territory-wide foster care resource inventory and full file audit

Investigation Capacity Support
Providing specialized capacity to enhance capacity for the delivery of investigation services:

Statutory Director - Child and Family Services & Mentorship
Providing senior statutory leadership and mentorship across Nunavut's Child and Family Services system:

Acting in the capacity of Statutory Director and Assistant Director under the Child and Family Services Act

Providing direct support to territorial and regional teams, including case management oversight

Delivering leadership development, including a week-long conference and workshop series
